MILWAUKEE — Firecrackers in the hallway briefly evacuated Riverside High School on Friday afternoon, according to Milwaukee Public Schools.
A call came into TODAY'S TMJ4 just before 1 p.m. about a possible shooting at the high school on Locust and Newhall on Milwaukee's east side.
Calls to MPS confirmed there was a brief evacuation of students after the loud noises were heard.
Classes resumed after it was determined there was no threat to students and faculty.
