Quanita “Tay” Jackson was fatally shot near Moody Park on Aug. 25, 2019; this year during a “Tay Day March” on the one year anniversary of her death, it was announced that the reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the shooter was increased to $100,000.

7th District Alderman Khalif J. Rainey has renewed the call for information related to her death.

“One year after her death we remember Tay who was an exceptional young woman working to make a positive impact in her community,” said Rainey. “I’m urging anyone with information that may lead to an arrest to step up and help bring to justice those responsible for Tay’s death.”

Anyone with information related to this case can contact the Milwaukee Police Department at (414) 935-7360 or call Milwaukee Crime Stoppers at 414-224-TIPS.
