KENOSHA -- Retired veteran Michael Stubbs, of Kenosha, is the lucky winner of a recent $1 million Megabucks jackpot, according to the Wisconsin Lottery.
The winning ticket for the April 28 drawing matched all six winning numbers - 01, 06, 15, 22, 23, and 27. It was sold at a Kenosha Kwik Trip, located at 5800 31st St.
Retailers receive a two percent incentive of the winning ticket, which in this case would work out to $20,000.
