MILWAUKEE -- Record highs mean record business for a February in Milwaukee.
People were turning heads walking around in bathing suits.
Businesses like Rainbow Jersey Bike Shop welcome the unexpected boost in sales with those needing their bikes repaired early.
"We went from nothing to we got probably a week's to ten days worth of service right now," said Jerry Pearce of Rainbow Jersey Bicycle.
For those who did not have the day off, restaurants like Cafe Hollander were packed. Management there called it "A welcome February surprise."
