The Wisconsin Department of Transportation says the ramp from I-94 eastbound to I-43 northbound is closed due to a overturned dump truck and load spill.
The Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office responding to the incident. The ramp is expected to be closed until 4 p.m. Monday.
