Summerfest turned soggy but that does not stop people from enjoying the evening.

The change came out here around 8:30 p.m. when things cooled down. Then the rain moved in. But even the threat
of storms didn't dampen anyone's festival  plans. Summerfest attendees said they were ready.

"Put on the rain jacket, get another beer and go listen to more music," says Kelly Steffen.

Vendors were even less worried. They had their tarps ready. And though Tom Vegas says sometimes sales slow down during a storm, they don't stop.

"They'll buy while they stay out of the rain," says Vegas.

"The way our booth is situated the rain kind of flows downward so it doesn't really affect our stuff. We just have to make sure everything is closed in really tight," says Simone Gautschi.

Even as the rain started to fall and people heard it could get worse they were not worried.

"I'm used to everything when it comes to weather. So I just go with the flow," says Rayanna Cooper, a concert-goer.

Summerfest says if it rains again you can bring your umbrella. But you are not allowed to bring it into the Marcus Amphitheater. They suggest a poncho or rain jacket.
