A few dozen people gathered in Racine where a delivery driver and a father of four was killed. His wife says he was wrapping up for the night when someone shot him in the chest.

Prayers and song filled the night on Green Street near Saxony Drive. The wife of a delivery driver gunned down on a racine street has a message for the person who killed her husband.

"Look what you did," says Stacy Blevins, wife of James Norris.

The 37-year-old man was shot once in the chest while making a delivery last Friday night for Super Steak & Lemonade

"I want this guy to pay. I want my children to be able to say our dad didn't die for no reason," says Stacy Blevins.

His wife says Jimmy, as he was known to his friends, didn't have anything stolen from him. She think he might have gotten caught in the crossfire of someone else's argument.

"You were mad at somebody else and you took my kids father from us," says Stacy Blevins.

Norris worked long hours so his wife could stay home and take care of their four children, including one child who has cerebral palsy and epilepsy. Neighbors says they are mad too someone came into their community and did this.

"It's not a bad street at all, it's not a block. We have lots of kids on the block.

They say they want justice for the family as well.

No arrests have been made. Police are still searching for a suspect. Last month, a couple of other delivery drivers were robbed on the job.
