RACINE -- Racine Police confirm a teen is in serious condition after a shooting that happened around 6:15 p.m. Sunday.

The shooting occurred in the 2800 block of Wright Avenue in the City of Racine.  

According to police, the teen was taken by Flight for Life from a Racine hospital to Children's Hospital.  

The suspect is not in custody. Police are still investigating.
