Racine Police are investigating a strange 911 call received Thursday evening.
A parent called saying their daughter was being "held against their will."
When police arrived to the scene, they heard voices coming from the home, but no one would answer the door. Police then called in SWAT and Crisis Negotiation Teams to the home.
One man was taken into custody for an active warrant for his arrest. Police say he left the home willingly.
Authorities are still investigating who made the initial 911 call.
