Racine Police located a 39-year-old man with a gunshot wound to the head Sunday morning.
Police responded to the scene in the 1900 block of Mead Street for a report of someone being shot around 3:06 a.m.
The man was transported to Ascension Hospital and then to Froedtert by flight for life. His injuries are believed to be life-threatening.
