It may have been another 60 degree day Friday, but changes are moving in.
And just in time - students at Fratt Elementary in Racine will now be ready for the winter elements, thanks to 188 coats that were delivered by the non-profit organization "Operation Warm."
The money raised to purchase the coats all comes from local donors.
The secondary goal of Operation Warm is to support American jobs and the economy, so each of the coats provided are made in the USA.
