RACINE COUNTY, Wis. -- The missing 4-year-old boy who was found dead in Browns Lake near Burlington Monday evening was identified Wednesday as Tyrice B. Creed by the Racine County Sheriff's Office.
Creed’s body was found near the pier at Fisher Park by a park patron.
The boy had reportedly been staying with a caregiver along with his brother, sister and several other children. The boy’s parents are from Racine.
Investigators said it appears to be a drowning but the cause of death is still under investigation.
