Potbelly Sandwich Shop is bringing food and live music to a new Wauwatosa location in Mayfair Mall.
The restaurant is set to open Tuesday, March 21. Like other Potbelly locations, the Mayfair Mall branch will also occasionally have live music from local performers.
To celebrate the new location's launch, an "Oven Warming" event will be held Monday, March 20 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. For a $5 donation, guests will get a sandwich, chips, and drink. 100 percent of proceeds will go to Eisenhower Elementary, Potbelly says.
About 25 employees will staff the new Potbelly.
