The Potawatomi Casino is back open after a power outage Wednesday morning.
According to the casino, there was planned electrical maintenance about 5 a.m. that shut off power to the casino, but the backup systems did not function properly. This ultimately led to the outage.
The casino was evacuated in order to ensure safety of all guests and team members.
Potawatomi Hotel was not affected by the outage.
