The second Portillo’s location in the Milwaukee area is scheduled to open in April, the restaurant chain announced Thursday.
The new hotdog joint will open on Sura Lane in Greenfield, and will have two drive thru lanes, a liquor license and an outdoor patio.
“We are excited at the opportunity to bring a second Portillo's to our neighbors to the north," said Portillo's CEO Keith Kinsey in a news release. "It has been a pleasure working with the city of Greenfield to make this happen.”
This will be the second location for the Chicago classic after Portillo’s opened a restaurant in Brookfield last summer.
