The Portage Police Department is ridding the world of criminals one traffic stop at a time.
On Thursday Chief Manthey pulled over two young boys who were wrecking havoc in their electric convertible.
Chief Manthey told the boys he pulled them over for going 35 in a 25 mph zone. He asked the boy in the driver's seat to see a drivers license and how long he had been driving.
"About 20 minutes," the boy responded.
Chief Manthey let the boys get away with their crime this time by leaving them with a warning.
