Will he or won't he? Did he or didn't he? Confusion lately on whether Governor Scott Walker supports Donald Trump as the Republican Presidential nominee.

Politifact as the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel set out to determine whether Governor Walker changed his mind about supporting Trump for Commander in Chief.

"In April, May and early June Scott Walker repeated his promise to back the Republican nominee even if it was Donald Trump," said Tom Kertscher at the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.

But as recently as last week, it appears Governor Walker tweaked his response.

"On June 7th and 8th Walker had a couple of quick question and answer sessions with reporters when he was asked if he still supports trump. He wouldn't answer the question directly," said Kertscher.

Instead Walker emphasized the GOP won't officially have a nominee until its convention next month.

Walker's campaign spokesman maintains Walker's been consistent with his support, but the Journal Sentinel determined:

"So we came down with the rating of a half-flip. Scott Walker has been somewhat inconsistent lately in his support of Donald Trump."
