Police were in a tactical situation Wednesday evening while they responded to a North Side home to arrest a wanted subject.
There is a large police presence at 1st and Chambers.
The incident was originally reported near Palmer and Locust.
Police said they responded at 1:30 p.m. to the 2900 block of North Palmer St.
They arrested the subject at 4:45 p.m.
