Milwaukee Police are asking for the public's assistance in locating an abducted child.
Railey D. Brown is described as 4-years-old, 36 inches tall, 52 lbs., braids with white beads, wearing a burgundy outfit long sleeve shirt and pants.

The child was a passenger in a tan, 4-door, 2008 Chrysler 300C, with a plate of AHC1507.
The vehicle has a dent on the rear driver's side trunk area and clear tape on the left tail light.
The vehicle was running when a known suspect entered the vehicle and fled.
Police identify the suspect as Damone L. Burnley, a 31-year-old man.
