Greenfield police said they responded to a person hit by a car Monday night around 8:30 p.m.
The report came in from 27th Street and Edgerton Avenue in Greenfield.

The pedestrian was crossing the street when he was hit by the driver headed northbound on 27th Street.
Milwaukee police said an adult male was injured and was transported to the hospital. The driver that hit the person, a 43-year-old man, stayed at the scene and is cooperating with police.
The pedestrian is in critical condition.
