Milwaukee police are asking for help identifying a young boy who was located at Summerfest Thursday.
Police say he was found at about 4 p.m. at the festival. He is a black male, about 5-years-old, 3’6”, thin build with short black hair. He is wearing a blue t-shirt with a guitar that says USA ROCKS, along with blue shorts and red and black tennis shoes.
