MILWAUKEE (AP) -- Police say the shooting death of a man by a 14-year-old boy in Milwaukee has been determined to be self-defense.
Authorities say the Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office ruled the shooting of 40-year-old Michael Schafrik was justifiable. Authorities say the shooting resulted from an argument between two groups on the near south side last Tuesday.
The 14-year-old was arrested, along with his 14-year-old friend and the friend's mother.
