"Bloomer bandits" believed to be involved in Big Mama's Foods robbery

Milwaukee Police believe an armed robbery at Big Mama’s Foods is related to other recent "bloomer bandits"incidents.

Police say the robbery occurred around 12:55 p.m. on Friday. The suspects displayed a firearm, demanded and obtained money, then fled the area.

The FBI and the Milwaukee Police Department have been on the lookout for three armed robbers they've dubbed the "bloomer bandits."

The men are considered armed and extremely dangerous have been captured on surveillance video committing violent armed robberies on the north and south sides of the city.

They've been dubbed the "bloomer bandits" because one of the robber's pants sag low enough to show bright orange underwear.

Anyone with information on this incident or the "bloomer bandits" are asked to contact police.
