MILWAUKEE — Milwaukee police say a 7-year-old girl was struck and killed during a hit-and-run on Wednesday, Oct. 28, on the 7600 block of W Calumet Rd. around 7:53 p.m.
The girl and her mother were both hit by a reckless vehicle traveling at a high speed, according to police.
The girl succumbed to her injuries caused by the hit-and-run.
Police say the unknown suspects of the striking vehicle fled the scene.
An investigation is currently underway.
