PLEASANT PRAIRIE -- The Village of Pleasant Prairie has declared a snow emergency. It begins at 9:00 p.m. Friday and will remain in effect until 11:30 p.m. Saturday night.
During a snow emergency, no parking is allowed on Village streets. All snow emergency parking restrictions, according to the Village, will be enforced throughout the event.
