PLEASANT PRAIRIE -- Plans are underway to bring the first Chick-fil-A restaurant to Kenosha County.
Milwaukee-area developer Dimitri Dimitropoulos told the Milwaukee Business Journalhe is completing a deal to bring the restaurant to Pleasant Prairie.
Dimitropoulos says Chick-fil-A is planning to buy land from him at the doorstep to Pleasant Prairie’s Costco – located at the corner of Highway 50 and 91st Avenue.
The Milwaukee Business Journal reports the Chick-fil-A still requires review and approval from the village of Pleasant Prairie before the project can move forward. Pending approvals, it could buy the project site in spring, Dimitropoulos said.
Atlanta-based Chick-fil-Ahas expanded throughout southeast Wisconsin in the last few years. It’s most recent addition in Wisconsin was outside the Brookfield Square Mall.
