Police are investigating after a child was struck by a vehicle near 54th and Center Monday night, according to authorities.
The Milwaukee Fire Department said that they responded to the scene about 9:45 p.m. for reports of a person hit by a car.
The injured person was transported to Children's Wisconsin with unknown injuries. TMJ4 News has a crew at the scene working to obtain more information.
