'Peanut Butter & Jelly Deli' opened to the public for the first time Monday morning in West Allis.
The owners say it is the only shop in Wisconsin purely dedicated to serving America's favorite sandwich. The restaurant offers a variety of PB&J's, from classic to gourmet concoctions.
"Our focus is on fresh, locally made peanut butter spreads, jellies, jams and breads. All of our nut butters are made everyday in our shop," a description on the eatery's website reads.
"Our jams & jellies are packed with fruit and are made at local jelly farms. Our breads are brought in fresh, from local bakeries. All of our fresh nut butters, jams, and jellies are for sale to enjoy at home."
The deli is open from 7 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. every day.
