GREEN BAY — The Green Bay Packers are searching for the 22nd honoree for the Packers FAN Hall of Fame.
Fans can nominate themselves or someone they know by submitting a photo and an essay of 500 words describing why they should be chosen. Nominations will be accepted online or via mail from Nov. 1 through Nov. 30.
Ten finalists will be chosen in December. A winner will be picked by Packers fans, previous honorees and the Packers' committee in January. The honoree will be announced in February.
The winner will receive four club seats to a 2020 Packers home game, a $500 Packers Pro Shop gift certificate, a road trip and game tickets for two to a 2020 Packers away game and a one-year subscription to Packer Plus.
