Packers Foundation awards $100K to Milwaukee nonprofits that support children

The Green Bay Packers Foundation has awarded a total of $100,000 to four Milwaukee nonprofit organizations that support local children.

The grants awarded support childcare, mentoring services, or educational support to children.

Milwaukee County organizations receiving a grant include Boys & Girls Club of Greater Milwaukee, Ebenezer Child Care Centers, Penfield Children’s Center and United Way of Greater Milwaukee & Waukesha County.

The foundations also awarded a total of $150,000 to Brown County nonprofits, including Boys & Girls Club of Greater Green Bay, Encompass Early Education and Care, Greater Green Bay YMCA, Howe Community Resource Center, Oneida Child Care Center and YWCA of Greater Green Bay.

Including this $250,000, the Packers organization has awarded $4.5 million in grants to nonprofit organizations so far in 2020-21.
