The Green Bay Packers hit the road to face the Atlanta Falcons this weekend at the brand new Mercedes-Benz Stadium, but don't count out the Packers fans heading out to support their team.

At Mitchell International, a group of diehard fans boarded a flight to support the Green and Gold.
The group started traveling to see their team back in 1990.

"Well the first trip we couldn't fill up the bus. We lost money on that trip and I said no more," said Ron Atanasoff.

But a few years later,  the small group became a bigger group and since then they've picked a new city every year.

"Every year our group seems to get bigger and bigger. Some trips we  have over 160 of us going," said Patty Bull.

"I can't list all the cities, but Seattle was a great game and so was Dallas," said Karl Atanasoff.

"It's always just a lot of fun. We meet a lot of new people, make a lot of friends."

So how do they choose which city to visit? It usually has something to do with the weather.

"This is an early game for us and it's going to be a warm game, we like that.
said Atanasoff.

"We're excited about being the first to be in the 1.3 billion dollar stadium in Atlanta."
