MILWAUKEE — Molson Coors has launched a Miller Family Survivors Fund to help the families of the five men shot and killed at a facility Wednesday.

The five men, identified as Jesus Valle Jr., 33, Gennady "Gene" Levshetz, 61, Trevor Wetselaar, 33, Dana Walk, 57, and Dale Hudson, 60, were killed when suspected gunman Anthony Ferrill opened fire at the Milwaukee facility Wednesday afternoon.

"On Feb. 26, 2020 our community and brewing family experienced an unthinkable tragedy. We lost teammates, parents, spouses, and friends. They were part of the fabric of our company and our community," said the company.

The company established the fund on GoFundMe with a goal of $1 million. Molson Coors donated $500,000 into the fund.

The fund was established to provide financial assistance to the family members of the five men and others directly affected.

"The priority is to give the victim's families the long-term help and support they'll need in the years ahead," the company said.

Hudson was an electrician at the Milwaukee Brewery since 2008; Levshetz, a powerhouse operator since 2008; Valle Jr., a powerhouse operator since 2014; Walk, a machinist since 2004; and Wetselaar, a powerhouse operator since 2018.

"Our hearts break for their families," said the company.
