BUTLER -- A Butler police officer with a troubled past is on administrative leave.
Officer Chad Rahn was put on leave Friday, pending an investigation into potential department violations.
Rahn was suspended two years ago for failing to file nearly 150 police reports. He was also accused of watchign pornography on the job with several other officers.
