MILWAUKEE — Attention brunch-goers! A new pop-up brunch spot called Brew City Biscuits is coming to Milwaukee.

Hospitality Democracy is hosting the limited-time pop-up at Smoke Shack in Milwaukee's Third Ward.

Beginning August 15, every Saturday and Sunday Brew City Biscuits will take over the restaurant and serve Southern-style brunch with a focus on buttery biscuit sandwiches.

These sandwiches include the Marty McKlucken which is topped with Nashville hot chicken, sweet and spicy pickles, lettuce, tomato, and buttermilk mayo.

The pop-up will be in Milwaukee until September 6.

“This is a menu I’ve been crafting for quite a while and I’m really excited to introduce it at Smoke Shack for a limited time,” says Alex Sazama, Executive Chef for Hospitality Democracy. “This is an opportunity for us to experiment with some new menus and give our guests a fun, new experience here in Milwaukee.”

The restaurant will be open for dine-in and carryout Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. at Smoke Shack, 332 N. Milwaukee St.
