FRANKLIN — A new coffee and cocktail experience has opened at Ballpark Commons in Franklin.
Blend Coffee & Cocktails is a one-of-a-kind food and beverage experience and is located next to Wheel & Sprocket in Franklin.
The new shop, which is a Roc Ventures establishment, offers coffee, tea, food items, and alcoholic drinks.
“Blend will put equal emphasis on coffee & tea as it will cocktails,” noted Mike Zimmerman, CEO of ROC Ventures. “The shop will serve as the community’s local coffee house by day and pivot to a cocktail lounge in the evenings, where they will feature a specialty cocktail, martini, wine, and beer menu.”
ROC Ventures teamed with Tradecraft Coffee and Tea Outfitters to create the Blend menu.
This winter, Blend will be serving hot and cold coffee drinks from Colectivo, Frothy Monkey, and Dark Matter, teas from RISHI, and bakery items by Troubadour Bakery in Bay View, ROC Ventures said in a press release Wednesday.
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, Blend will primarily focus on to-go services and limited lounge service. Visitors can order via an app and pick up their food and beverages with safe social distancing in place via the Toast Takeout Application.
