New body camera video showing the shooting of an unarmed man by Milwaukee Police Department last year was published by the man's legal team Wednesday.
Jerry Smith Jr. was shot on a rooftop near 29th Street and Wisconsin Avenue in August 2017.
Past video of the shooting was captured on a neighbor's cell phone.
The video shows the man running with his cell phone before dropping the phone and showing his hands.
