Lomira police were dispatched to help a calf that was reportedly wandering on I-41 Sunday morning only to discover it wasn't a calf at all.
It was a deer, a Piebald deer to be exact, that was found on the side of the road.
The officer was able to get the deer to move father away from the road as to avoid being struck by traffic.
