Milwaukee Public Schools is adding additional hours for students and their families to pick up meals at its Stop, Grab & Go locations.

The district serves meals to students who want them and will begin offering additional hours in the afternoon at three locations.

Meals are available Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the following locations:

North Division High School
1011 W. Center St.
Milwaukee, WI 53206

Barack Obama School of Career and Technical Education
5075 N. Sherman Blvd.
Milwaukee, WI 53209

South Division High School
1515 W. Lapham Blvd.
Milwaukee, WI 53204

Students and community members 18 years old and under can pick up the meals. Family members may also pick up meals for children by having an MPS student's name, school, grade level, or student ID number. Non-MPS students can also receive meals if the name of the child's school is provided.

"These additional hours will help ensure all our students have access to meals while our school buildings remain closed," MPS Superintendent Dr. Keith P. Posley said in a news release. "As we navigate this pandemic, we will continue to serve nutritious meals while educating our young people."
