MILWAUKEE — The Milwaukee Police Department is investigating a shooting that left a 17-year-old seriously injured on Tuesday.
Police responded to the shooting around 10:13 a.m. on Tuesday in the 1400 block of Locust Street. When they arrived, they found a 17-year-old teen who had been shot and was suffering from serious injuries.
According to MPD, he was taken to a local hospital for treatment, where he is now in stable condition.
Police are still investigating the circumstances that led up to the shooting.
