TOWN OF EAGLE -- A motorcyclist died after being hit by a suspected drunk driver Thursday evening.
The crash happened at approximately 5 p.m. on Highway 59 near Road X.
Authorities said a 28-year-old North Prairie woman -- who was driving a Dodge Truck -- was going west on Highway 59 when she swerved to the opposite lane and hit an oncoming motorcycle.
In the moments following, the truck collided with a third vehicle going the opposite direction.
The motorcyclist, a 21-year-old man from Janesville, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the Dodge Truck received minor injuries. The driver of the third car, a 58-year-old male from Eagle, was not injured.
