In an exclusive interview with the injured Cole, she told TMJ4 she was alright and out of the hospital, however, the fight for justice isn't over yet, calling for the termination of officer Joseph Mensah.
"I think the taxpayers of Wauwatosa and Wisconsin need to recognize that all of this, the National Guard, the extra police assaulting protesters peaceful protesters is a result of protecting someone who the police and fire commission investigator determined to be an unfit officer if they had taken care of this years ago, we wouldn't be here today," said Cole.
All who were arrested Thursday will be cited for emergency curfew violations and are slated for release, according to Rep. Myers.
