About 3,200 We Energies customers were without power Thursday morning around Richfield, Milwaukee and Racine. Fewer than 50 people remained without power as of 10:35 a.m.
More than 1,200 people were without power in Shorewood because of a downed power line, but power has been restored there.
About 1,110 Jefferson County customers were without power as of 5:20 a.m. About 1,150 Racine County customers also were without power.
