FORT ATKINSON -- Police say the Fort Atkinson father, who disappeared with his three young children last week, has been located safely with his children in South Carolina.
Hui Zhu was last seen overnight on Monday, July 23. Police say Zhu took his children against their mother's will -- along with $7,000, and birth certificates -- which prompted a statewide crime alert.
Police have not released any other information at this time.
