Land ahoy! Milwaukee sea lovers can now make the city's famous 'house boat' their home.
The home, designed to look like a real-life boat, was originally built in 1926 to be used as a tourist attraction. Now, it's selling for $199,900.
The previous owners were a Milwaukee couple who purchased the home due to involvement in the Navy. They purchased it as an investment but never actually lived there.
However, at two bedrooms and two bathrooms, the 'boat' is labeled a single family home.
The property also includes a fully finished basement, oak trim, porthole lights, colorful sea chart wallpaper, a lighthouse and smoking lamps.
