Milwaukee's east side is about to get a new mini golf course, and it's not what you'd expect a typical course to look like.
"Nine Below" will be located at 1905 E. North Avenue, beneath Beans and Barley. The venue will include an indoor mini golf course that has a bar as well.
The space was previously held by the now-defunct Library Club. The owner of Splash Studio in Milwaukee's Third Ward, who is leading the charge on the project, hopes to open by August.
"It's a really cool twist on mini golf," Splash Studio owner Marla Poytinger told the Journal Sentinel. "It's definitely not your average mini golf experience."
