The Milwaukee streetcar will lead to the new Bucks arena in the future.
The Milwaukee Business Journal is reporting the new extension of the streetcar will run along North 4th Street, linking a major new development on West Wisconsin Avenue to the Downtown Convention Center and the new arena.
Utility work has already begun on the streetcar project. Service on the streetcar could begin in 2018.
