Apply for a passport without a reservation Sat.

First-time passport applicants or travelers with expired passports will be able to apply for one without making a reservation during  "Passport Day" on Saturday, April 9 at participating Post Offices. 

Travelers can get the traditional passport book or the newer passport card, which allows air or sea travel between the United States and Canada, Mexico, Bermuda or the Caribbean region. 

“This is a great opportunity for Milwaukee residents planning to travel outside the United States to apply for a passport without a making a reservation,” said Maria Diggs-Jones, a Milwaukee Postmaster. 

Here is a list of  local Post Offices participating:

* Airport Mail Facility, 5500 S. Howell Ave. – 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
* Bay View/St. Francis Station, 1603 E. Oklahoma Ave. – 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
* Fred John Station, 5555 N. 91st St. – 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
* Greenfield Branch, 7353 W. Forest Home Ave. – 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
* Juneau Station, 606 E. Juneau Ave. – 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
* North Milwaukee Station - (No passport photo service available here) 5995 N. Teutonia Ave. – 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
* North Shore Branch, 5651 N. Lydell Ave. – 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
* Root River Branch, 11015 W. Oklahoma Ave. – 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
* Sequoia Retail Branch, 6825 W. Brown Deer Rd. – 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
* Shorewood Retail Unit, 1620 E. Capital Dr. – 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
* Wauwatosa Branch, 1655 N. Mayfair Rd. – 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
* West Allis Branch, 7440 W. Greenfield Ave. – 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
