Milwaukee Police are seeking public assistance in locating a man who appears to be beat up in his mugshot.
Demetrius D. Parks is wanted for multiple felonious warrants including an armed robbery that took place in the 2400 block of W. Hadley St. on Aug. 20.
Parks is an 18-year-old black male with black hair and brown eyes. He's 5 ft. 8 in. tall and 147 pounds.
