Milwaukee police are asking for the public's assistance in locating a critically missing 40-year-old man and 33-year-old woman.
Pao C. Vang and Julie Thao were last seen in the 6500 block of N. Landers Street about 12:30 p.m. Tuesday. Both Vang and Thao speak Hmong and function at the level of a third grader due to mental disabilities, according to police.
Vang is described as 5 ft. 4 in. tall, 173 pounds with black hair, brown eyes and no facial hair. He was last seen wearing a gray sweatshirt, gray pants and gray shoes.
Police say Thao is 5 ft. 4 in. tall, 192 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black coat with brown fur around the hood, blue jeans and tan boots.
