MILWAUKEE -- Police are asking for your help in locating a missing 9-year-old boy.
Valdimer Perez-Medina was last seen Sunday, June 5 at 8:30 p.m. near S. 5th St. and W. Mitchell St. while attending the Sun Fair, police say.
Valdimer asked his mother for money to go play games and that was the last she saw him, police tell TODAY'S TMJ4. Officers are actively searching the area of 5th and Mitchell and say right now they don't believe this is an abduction.
He was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt with white stripes on the sleeves, blue jeans, and blue and orange tennis shoes. Police say Valdimer is 4'6", weighing 60 pounds, and has black hair.
Anyone with information on the boy's whereabouts is asked to call Milwaukee Police Sensitive Crimes at 414-935-7401.
